Farmer's Daughter is a pretty block, pink with a pale grey flower fabric that may represent a blouse, the floral the skirt, and the plainer pink a pinafore to cover the feminine garb whilst attacking chores around the farm.
As I read your blog I am picturing in my mind your intrepations. With this block I can see a young girl with long plaits hanging down her back whilst she tends to the chickens and the vegetable patch near the farmhouse. Once her chores are done I can then see her sitting on the verandah of the farmhouse playing with a cloth doll dressed in clothes made from the scraps of her own outfit.
